A:Using the PaKing APP to enter a parking lot for reservation or regular parking allows you to pay with your phone. This helps to speed up the process and saves you time.
A:The vehicle type is required for PaKing to recommend the best space for you based on your vehicle size. License Plate number is another identification method once you have entered the parking lot. Your license plate number can be used in-case you don't have your phone or if it is out of battery.
A: If you haven't registered, you can still use the APP to search for parking lot information such as address, total spaces, and available spaces. You can also use navigation to head towards your parking lot. However, features such as indoor navigation, mobile payment, and reservation will only be available to registered users.
A:PaKing APP now supports some parking lots that uses license plate recognition gates. Please ensure that your license plate number has not been registered by any friends or family.
A:If you have canceled a reservation, you would have to wait 10 minutes before making another reservation at the same parking lot. You are allowed up to two cancellations at the same parking lot within one day.
A:When a reservation is made, PaKing will charge the reservation fee as well as the 1st hour parking fee. (Fee calculation starts at the confirmed reservation time). Different parking lots may have different reservation fee discounts.

The parking fee is calculated starting time of reservation. The total parking time for this example is 1 hour 11 minutes 33 seconds.
A:PaKing APP currently allows reservation of available spaces 1 hour in advance. We are in constant communication with parking lots to offer users more flexibility in the future.
A:Within the hour of reservation time, you can find your reservation information at [Find Parking] --> [My Reservation].
A:No. The PaKing APP is the identifier for the user, and is used as a remote to enter/exit the parking garage. Hence, the service is currently limited to the APP user.
A:Credit card payments for regular or reservation parking can be made at select PaKing parking lots through the APP. PaKing currently accepts all credit cards except American Express. Users can store credit card information for up to two cards, and will set one card as default payment method.
A:Yes, PaKing provides an email receipt for both reservation and regular parking payments made through PaKing. PaKing doesn't mail a physical receipt. If there are requirements for official invoices, a user can input their invoice information in the main page of the APP after parking in a reservable parking lot.
A:When a customer makes a reservation, PaKing charges one hour of parking fee since the parking garage has already reserved a specific spot. The free parking window only applies to regular parking and not reservation parking.
A:PaKing in Taiwan is considered by the Taiwan electronic invoice committee as a ezPay electronic invoice platform, and all official invoice numbers are provided through the platform. If any members win the invoice lottery, then notices will be sent via the platform as well.
A:Some parking lots may offer certain limited time special parking offers. Please compete the special discount offline at the lot. The special discount does not apply in PaKing APP mobile credit card payment.
A:Every PaKing partnered parking lot has free Wi-Fi available for members. This helps members to continue to receive excellent service in limited 4G reception conditions. Members only need to install once to be able to automatically connect afterwards (currently limited for iOS users). If the the user did not complete the download the first time or switch their phone, then the user can download again in [Settings] --> [System].
A:The user can firstly check whether multi-media voice has been enabled, and simultaneously check on the volume.
A:Please ensure that the Bluetooth function is enabled on your phone. The PaKing APP utilizes Bluetooth to communicate, identify you, and open the gate.
A:Please check that your GPS location services have been enabled. GPS location services would determine your location and suggest nearby parking lots for you.
A:If you are in a parking lot, you must enable Bluetooth to display your car's location.
A:People that make reservations and enter the parking lot using the APP, there will be voice assist navigation to bring the member to the reserved space. Once the user is close to the reservation space, then there will be a prompt in the APP to lower the parking barrier.
A:After parking, click on the "Confirm parking" button in the APP, to immediately confirm your car's location.
A:Only PaKing reservation enabled parking lots can be reserved.

A:If you use iOS 11 or later, there may be some issues where the Bluetooth seems enabled, but is actually disabled. Hence, iOS users can go to [Settings] --> [Bluetooth] to disable and enable the function again to reset. Once the parking lot has detected a signal, then the phone can be used to enter the parking lot.
